1. No Returns on Bakery Products
All bakery items, including cakes, pastries, breads, desserts, and customized orders, are non-returnable once delivered or picked up. This is due to food safety and hygiene regulations.
2. No Refunds After Order Confirmation
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
- Payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable.
- This applies to both regular and customized orders.
3. Quality Issues
If you face any genuine quality issue with your order:
- Please inform us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.
- The product must be unused and accompanied by proper proof (photo/video and bill).
- After verification, Dwarka Bakers may offer a replacement or partial/full refund, solely at our discretion.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
In case you receive:
- A wrong item, or
- A product damaged during delivery
Please notify us immediately at the time of delivery or pickup. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
5. Customized & Special Orders
- Customized cakes and special orders are prepared as per customer specifications.
- Minor variations in color, design, or decoration are natural and do not qualify for refunds.
- No refunds or returns will be provided for customized products once prepared.
6. Delivery Delays
Dwarka Bakers shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic or weather conditions
- Incorrect delivery address
- Unavailability of the recipient
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
7. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
